South Lakeland Parks (SLP) Forum

I would like to get thoughts on the following:

1) Current Market State?
2) Who on WXB is trying to sell or who has sucessfully sold?
3) What type of tactics did you employ to sell the lodge, i.e. Advertising, Estate Agents or did the park help sell your home?
4) What assistance did the park offer?

My lodge has been up for sale for quite some time and I find it difficult to really push the sale plans as I live a fair way away from the park and most of the time the lodge is rented out so prospective buyers cannot always view when they it suits them.

Any thoughts, ideas or just general comments would be great!
