Exercising Dogs at Fallbarrow

Postby ASHTHWAITE on Tue Jul 29, 2008 8:29 pm

Has anyone else noticed that there seems to be more dogs being let off their leads and exercised around the Park away from the designated doggy area. Walking around Lakeside and Fallbarrow Hall is becoming a hazardous activity - I have picked up and removed several lumps of the stuff from the lakeside steps this year that I now vet the area before the children go out and about in case they step in it. There was an Alsatian on the loose one night last week resulting in some girls screeming from a Jetty for the lad to put it back on its lead.

If it annoys you as it does us please report your concern to Reception, I requested to have some polite signage put up around the park but so far none in evidence.
