Fallbarrow Park's fees for 2008 are now £5,786.26 taking into account an extension to the season and a 4.4% inflation price increase. Of course the 4.4% was added to the new fee including the extension, and not to the original fee of £4,841 for 2007.
How can we be charged for inflation on something we have not had?
Also, why is it 4.4% (July 2007 RPI figure). This figure includes mortgage inflation. Why not the usual inflation figure of around 2.2% at that time. I know for sure the staff did not get a 4.4% pay rise (neither did I).
